Your current rate with Kinetic will not change when transitioned to Cirro Energy. If you are on a variable month to month contract, the noticed rate will be honored for the first month, but be sure to check out the low fixed rates from Cirro Energy to lock in your savings long term.

If I am currently under contract with Kinetic Energy, will I be charged a cancellation fee if I choose to switch away to a provider other than Cirro Energy before my original contract expires?
Yes. If you switch away prior to your contract end date, an early termination fee will be charged in accordance with your Kinetic Energy Terms of Service.

When will I get my first bill from Cirro Energy?
You should have received an email and a letter detailing when your initial Cirro Energy bill will arrive. Please add MyAccount@cirroenergy.com to your safe email list to ensure delivery.

What will happen to the Kinetic Energy referral program that I am a part of?
At this time the referral program will be put on hold and no new rewards will be given. Be sure to check back with Cirro Energy about plans for a new program in the future.

Cirro Energy offers a low fixed rate 12 month plan that is 100% wind to meet your renewable needs.

Is there a penalty to cancel my account before the expiration date?
Yes. If you switch away prior to your Kinetic Energy contract end date an early termination fee will be charged according to the Terms of Service.
